Marc Neuhaus has been a lawyer at the firm since 2018 and since 2025 as a Partner. He defends executives and advises companies on tax criminal law and related areas of white-collar criminal law.
Mr Neuhaus advises medium-sized and listed companies on the establishment and expansion of compliance systems. Clients benefit from his specialised knowledge of commercial and tax criminal law acquired during his legal training as well as his practical experience with the North Rhine-Westphalia tax authorities.
He has already proven his ability to present even complex issues clearly and to solve legal questions creatively and practically in high-profile proceedings in the team of VBB partner Dr Sebastian Beckschäfer. Together with Dr Beckschäfer, he has also published several specialist articles on tax criminal law.
