Dr Simon Ulc has been a lawyer at the firm since 2023. Prior to this, he worked for two years as a research assistant in the field of white-collar criminal law. During his studies at Heinrich Heine University, he chose to focus on criminal law and specialised in white-collar criminal law. Following his studies, Dr Ulc completed his doctorate on a topic of criminal procedure law, with a particular focus on the perspective of criminal defence.
Dr Ulc is active both in the field of individual defence and corporate representation. He attaches great importance to providing proactive advice in order to identify potential legal risks at an early stage and take preventative measures.
Due to his almost two years of experience abroad, Dr Ulc speaks business fluent English.
